These terms cover this website and the apps published by Wyeth Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Apps from the App Store

Apps you get from Apple’s App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement controls. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Using our apps and site

• Use them only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them except as the law allows.
• Our names, logos, app designs and content belong to us or our licensors.

Health and fitness

Our fitness apps show your own numbers. They aren’t medical advice and aren’t medical devices. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.

Third-party data and services

Some features use data from others, such as OpenStreetMap, USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. That data is provided as-is, may be incomplete or wrong, and is subject to its providers’ own terms.

No warranty

Our site and apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Keep your own backups of data that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wyeth Technologies LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of our site or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
